Hello! I’m Shannon Pauwels.

Before embracing the roles of wife and mother, I graduated from Butler University and spent several years working as a Software Support Analyst and Trainer. After marrying my husband, Jim, and welcoming our first child, I chose to "retire" from my career to become a stay-at-home mom for 16 years. It has truly been the most challenging yet rewarding experience of my life.

As my children grew older, I felt a desire to contribute to our family's finances and explore my own interests. Around the same time, my oldest began struggling with acne. As a natural-minded mom, I tried countless remedies I found online, but nothing seemed to work. This sparked my passion for skincare, particularly for acne and aging skin.

I pursued a license in Esthetics at Aveda Fredric's Institute, driven by the goal of helping my son. Through extensive research—something I genuinely enjoy—I discovered Face Reality and became a Certified Acne Specialist. I am dedicated to staying current with the latest treatments, especially in anti-aging and acne care.
